Shipping policy
We deliver across Pakistan. Here is how ordering and delivery work.
Processing and delivery
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location in Pakistan.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is free for orders of Rs 2,000 or more. A flat Rs 200 delivery fee applies to orders below Rs 2,000.
- There is no minimum order value.
- Multiple separate orders are assessed separately for delivery charges.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to Rs 14,999.
- Orders above Rs 14,999 require prepayment.
- All gift orders must be prepaid.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email or message with tracking information.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
