Welcome to tbkandmore.com. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website operated by TBK & More (The Book Kingdom), referred to as “we” or “our”. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting, registering, browsing or purchasing on the site, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This constitutes a binding agreement between you and TBK & More. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Account creation and orders
- To place an order, you may need to create an account on our website.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information, such as your password, confidential and secure.
- We are committed to protecting your personal data and keeping our platform secure.
- We will never share your login information or misuse your data. However, we are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock availability, technical issues or payment verification.
3. Use of the website
- The site allows you to browse, select and purchase books and related products.
- The site may send you administrative or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
- We are not responsible for promotional offers that may change without prior notice.
4. Product information and pricing
- All products and prices listed are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5. Order terms
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items under these terms.
- Orders may be cancelled or delayed based on availability, payment issues or other conditions.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the maximum allowed amount is Rs 14,999. Orders above this limit require prepayment.
6. Shipping
- Delivery is free for orders of Rs 2,000 or more. A flat Rs 200 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs 2,000.
- Each order is assessed separately for delivery charges, even if placed by the same customer.
- There is no minimum order value.
- For gift orders, including orders with different billing and shipping addresses, prepayment is mandatory.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We do not provide cash refunds. Refund eligibility, bank-transfer and card refund methods, online store coupons, fees and deadlines are set out in our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Products may be exchanged only in cases of defects or incorrect delivery and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. The exclusions and conditions in the Returns and Exchange Policy apply.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including logos, text, images and software, is the property of TBK & More and is protected under copyright law. No content may be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Third-party products and services
TBK & More is not responsible for the quality, reliability or safety of any third-party services or products sold through the site. Use of such products or services is at your own risk.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal requirements.
All updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the site after such changes means you agree to the updated terms.
